Currently those with intel hd graphics card have a transparent menu when they load their scripts pressing shift. It looks like this

I am not the only one with this problem.

I don't think this is related to Intel integrated HD graphic chips...

I'm using an Nvidia GPU on my Laptop and have the Aero issues also, however, they are not a real concern cause I just revert to the non-Aero display...

I am intrigued though what the Aero display "Should" look like though cause I have never seen it :p

I've tried a lot of things, but it still doesn't seem to work, what did you do to make the shaded background appear? As it is slightly annoying because I can't tell what settings are checked or not, making leaguebot 10x harder to use.

Well I'd need more info, I'm on Windows 7 and I just disabled the Aero Checkbox and re-checked the display for it to work, (I believe this is the default settings)

Well I'm at work at the moment but I will take a screenshot when I get home. But could it be that I'm on a 64bit windows 7, not 32 bit?
